today got quite a number of long calls as in really long!one of the caller's com was very slow and after i asked him to clear cache his com is still very slow and the 'transmission is uncle to process' keeps popping out..well i have to wait for him to re-login for a few times before he could enter the portal..after a few trials,he finally got into the page so i guided him in the filing..just as he was abt to go to the first pg..tt msg appeared again!i almost fainted!i've no idea why his com is so problematic..oh while waiting he also told me tt in the past he used to send in the original form unfilled but te ir8a was attached to it and he said he didn't bother to fill as he thought tt since he was paying so much tax each yr..the officer shld do the filling of form for him..hahaha..actually he's not the only one whom i came across had this mentality..basically most s'poreans have such mentality as well..sad to say this a norm in our society..sighz..
today is also my pay day however after the cpf deductions there isn't much left sighz..anyway my lunch break has been reduced to 30min wef today till 13 due to the peak filing period..well i'll have to eat in the cafeteria for the next 3 days..i'll perservere~~
