I'm back frm hk!sighz..i'm beginning to miss the food,the place,the weather and everything!well..everyday in hk is really just shop,eat,and walk!haha..reached hk at abt 2pm and on tt day hk became warmer tt before =.=so disappointed..i was thinking of enjoying the cold weather but to my disappointment it turned warmer..it was 17 degree C there, at least it's not as hot as sg ^.^ but we only reached the hotel only at 4pm!cos the travel agency has to send the other tourists to their respective hotels as they stay in different hotels..so we sort of had a half day tour around kowloon haha..and the first stop was Disneyland's Hollywood Hotel!i was so excited even though i dun stay there haha!it looks quite classy though and i took some photos of it..i'll post the link soon..
Stayed in Majestic Hotel situated at Jordan which was so noisy at night!there's a disco just next to the hotel and i stayed on the fifth floor so the loud music could be heard urgh..so irritating!this trip i went quite a few places which i have not been before like watching cantonese version 'Chicken Little' in a cinema at kowloon tong,went to my aunt's fren's condo which has a lot of facilities like each block has its own indoor swimming pool,a piano room which allow the residents to book for piano lesson so they can save up the space for a piano,a karaoke lounge, a pool room,a x-box rm,a children play room,even sauna and spa!there's really a lot of facilities and below the condo is a huge shopping centre!
i also went to wong tai sin to have morning tea with my aunt's fren and i realised the tim sum there were much cheaper and delicious than sg..after tt i went to the wong tai sin temple.Though it was a weekday but the temple was rather crowded i think it was some special day of the temple..i also went to look at the lights of the Tsing Ma bridge..somewhere near this bridge was an isolated island which is called Ma Wan and according to my aunt's hk fren,it's a green island where no cars are allowed and the ppl who stayed there had to travel by trams which are powered by electricity or take a ferry ride out to the main island..those who dun stay there r not allowed to enter tt island unless they r the relatives or frens of the residents..so envoirnmentally friendly!
On 18 feb,went to Disneyland and spent the whole day there..actually it's not as bad as what the others said..perhaps it's becos i haven't been to the other disneylands..so to me it's fine!when i was there,i felt as if i'm back to my chidhood days when i'm in love with the disney characters haha!although i went on a wkday,it was quite crowded and there was a lot of Chinese tourists..anyway tried most of the rides there except the dumbo one..i enjoyed the space mountain ride the most!it was really thrilling but i couldn't see clearly as we are advised not to wear our specs due the sharp turns and sudden brake during the ride..anywaymost of the time i closed my eyes and screamed haha!in the evening,i stayed for the fireworks display and it was beautiful!it just reminds me of the scenes in disney pictures ^.^ the next day,i went up the peak but it was a total disappointment..tt day was so foggy tt i coudn't see anything from the night viewing area..moreover, the Madame Tussauds Hong Kong was closed for renovation..sighz went up to see nothing..
